  • Applicants must be 18 years of age or over in order to enrol.

Enrolment and Payment
How to Enrol
  1. Complete the online enrolment form: link here
  2. Proceed with the payment of the course fee. Payment must be made by bank transfer.
Important Information Regarding Payment
  • All payments must be made in euros (€) and must include any bank transfer charges.
  • When making the transfer, please state your full name and passport number in the payment reference.
  • A payment of 50% of the total course fee is required within ten (10) days of submitting the enrolment form. This initial payment constitutes your course reservation. Failure to make this payment within the specified period will result in the cancellation of your enrolment.
  • The remaining balance must be settled no later than one month prior to the commencement of the course. The reservation fee will be deducted from the total course cost.
Students Requiring a Visa
  • If you require an Invitation Letter for visa purposes, it will be issued once the reservation payment has been received.
  • Given the processing time for visa applications, Invitation Letters will be issued no earlier than three months, before the start date of the course.
Documents Required

Documents Required Once the reservation payment has been made and the enrolment form completed, please send the following documents to idiomas@unileon.es.

  • A passport-style photograph with a plain white background.
  • A copy of your passport or national identity document.
  • A copy of the payment receipt (bank transfer confirmation or official proof of payment).
  • A copy of your health insurance policy. Please note that the school does not provide health insurance coverage.
    • For students from outside the European Union: It is strongly recommended that you obtain comprehensive medical insurance covering your stay in Spain.
    • For students from within the European Union: You must bring your E-111/E-128 form, which entitles you to access public healthcare services in Spain should you require them.
Reservation and Enrolment Conditions

The following outlines the terms and conditions regarding payments, reservations, and cancellations.

Refund Policy

  • Course cancellation by the Centre: In the event that a course is cancelled by our Centre, the reservation fee shall be refunded in full. Alternatively, the amount may be applied towards another course offered within the same year.
  • Voluntary cancellation by the student: You may request a refund of the reservation fee up to three (3) weeks prior to the commencement of the course. If no Invitation Letter has been issued, the refund shall be made with an administrative charge of €200.
  • If an Invitation Letter has been issued: Refunds shall only be granted if your visa application is refused: In such cases, the reservation payment will be refunded with an administrative fee of €500. To process the refund, you must provide an official document from the Embassy confirming that your visa has been denied. Without this documentation, no refund can be made. The amount paid may alternatively be credited towards another course within the same year, provided that the request is made at least three (3) weeks before the start of the original course.
  • Accommodation payments:. When accommodation has been reserved and paid for, 50% of the accommodation fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Changes to Course Dates or Programme

If you wish to modify your course dates or change to a different programme, you must notify the Centre at least three (3) weeks before the course start date. Requests received after this period cannot be accepted, and no refunds will be issued.

Final Course Payment
  • If an Invitation Letter has been issued for visa purposes, the outstanding balance of the course fee must be paid no later than four (4) weeks prior to the start of the course.
  • Failure to complete payment within this period will result in cancellation of your enrolment, and the relevant authorities will be informed accordingly.
